of dogs and owners

just wanted to comment on what’s happening in singapore right now. A dog has recently chewed the ear off a child in Sentosa. This is the most extreme case of letting dogs run about without leashes. Do you know, that i had an encounter with one dog such as this?No, i didn’t get my ear chewed off, but i lashed out at the guy for letting his dog run about freely. His excuse,” this dog won’t bite, don’t worry”. Yes, dogs may be fond of their owners and not attack them, but what about others? Dog-owners feel that dogs need to run around freely without anything holding them back? They complain that when dog-parks are built, there isn’t enough space for the dogs to run. However, there are a few that don’t complain. Those are good pet owners, who respect the safety of others. If you want your dog to run around, go ahead, but keep it on a leash and make sure you can control it.
